While ADHD cannot be cured, it can be effectively managed through a combination of lifestyle strategies, therapies, and medication. Common management techniques include:

Behavioral Therapy: Helps in developing organizational skills and better focus.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Aids in managing impulsive behaviors.

Medication: Stimulants or non-stimulants such as Strattera are often prescribed.

Mindfulness and Meditation: Techniques like meditation help in improving concentration and self-regulation.

Regular Exercise: Physical activities can reduce hyperactivity and increase focus.

ADHD is manageable with the right strategies, and Alia Bhatt’s openness sheds light on how this condition can be navigated even in high-pressure professions.
